In an unusual fast-tracking move, the House Privileges and Elections Committee will be hearing, and presumably voting on, three constitutional amendment proposals tomorrow morning at 11:00am:
Committee approval of these resolutions would advance them to the House floor, for a vote early in the 2025 session. The process to amend Virginia’s constitution is multi-year and involves a number of steps, but this latest action must be met with a high volume of voices.
